He created Graal nad remains the company's main shareholder. Beginnings of Graal reach the year 1990. Bogusław Kowalski began with running of a supermarket in Wejherowo. His business was constantly developing and apart from trade his company began to manage distribution and later started to produce fish preserves. Since 2005 Bogusław Kowalski has been consistently building the Graal Group of Companies creating an empire in the fish sector.

Has worked in Graal since 1994. Since 2002 she has been holding the position of Trade and Marketing Director.
