Spaghetti with mozzarella, herring and sun dried tomatoes

Preparation:

Cook the pasta until al dente in salted water and drain. Peel the garlic and finely chop. Cook until brown on hot oil, turn off the heating and add the cooked spaghetti. Finely chop the parsley, add some to the pasta – mix. Dice the dried tomatoes and mozzarella. Open the cans, remove the herrings and chop them into larger cubes. Spread the pasta on plates, sprinkle with mozzarella, tomatoes and add the herrings. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley. Serve immediately.
